It’s a hotel comprising 11 floors in the Hamdanieh highway area, overlooking the Hamdanieh’s indoor swimming pool. It has an area of 800 square meters and consists of 30 rooms and other services.

The structural study and supervision of the execution for both the structure and finishing works were completed.
