Residential Building Project in Güneşli, Avcılar – Istanbul
This project involved a four-story residential building in the Güneşli, Avcılar district of Istanbul. It comprises:

• 12 residential apartments
• Four shops
• Four warehouses

Our teams and workers handled the complete execution of both the structure and the finishing works. The project was delivered turnkey within nine months.

Additionally, we participated in fully preparing the building for rental with official contracts. The building’s aesthetic appeal and interior finishes were highly praised by the residents of the area.
