The company’s establishment and operations began in Syria, Aleppo, in 1996, in partnership with Al-Khair Engineering Consultancy Office. It worked on studying and executing numerous residential, industrial, and service projects, established a factory for electrical circuit breakers, and produced many products in this field.

Then, Arak Company was officially licensed in 2010 by Engineer Mohammed Al-Muntaser Qalaaji in the United Arab Emirates, under the management of Engineer Moutaz Qalaaji. The company undertook construction contracts and real estate development, executing many projects in Dubai and Sharjah. It also opened a branch specializing in medical and pharmaceutical material contracts in Sharjah, through agencies for medical companies in Canada and America.

Subsequently, in 2013, the company opened new branches in Turkey, in both Istanbul and Gaziantep, under the management of Engineer Khaled Babelli. Here, it operates in general construction and contracting, having studied and executed numerous construction projects in several Turkish cities such as Istanbul, Gaziantep, Urfa, and Kilis.

Arak Company has witnessed increasing growth in contracting, engineering, supply, and construction across multi-activity projects covering Turkey, Syria, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates. It seeks to expand its activities to include European Union countries, the Arabian Gulf, Egypt, and Sudan.
